Yes, just give our team member your loyalty number at check in and your points will be applied to your Cinergy Elite account. You'll earn 15 points per race!

FUN CARD FAQs

A Cinergy Fun Card is a credit card-shaped card that can be loaded with any denomination of funds. Fun Cards make the perfect present for graduation, birthdays, holiday stocking stuffers, or any other occasion!

Any cash loaded onto your Cinergy Fun Card may be used for making purchases of food and drink items, movie tickets, attraction tickets, laser tag sessions, and arcade games.

Bonus Cash/Dollars are awarded onto a Cinergy Fun Card, when a certain quantity is purchased. Bonus Cash/Dollars can only be used on the games at Cinergy locations with a game floor. The locations with game floors include: Amarillo, Copperas Cove, Midland Tall City, Midland South, Odessa, and Tulsa.

Absolutely! Right now, you may only reload your Fun Card at your local Cinergy. We are currently working on the functionality to add these funds online.

Right now, you may only purchase tickets with your Cinergy Fun Card at your local Cinergy or from the Cinergy mobile app. We are currently working on the functionality to redeem online.

Yes, you may purchase tickets at the kiosk with a Cinergy Fun Card. Simply, touch screen kiosk located in the lobby or on the outside of the building and use your Cinergy Fun Card the same way you would use a credit card. This is a convenient way to bypass the lines.

No, Cinergy Fun Cards never expire, never depreciate in value and there are no deductions due to inactivity.

Your Cinergy Fun Card may only be used for making purchases of food and drink items, movie tickets, attraction tickets, laser tag sessions, and arcade games at participating Cinergy locations. It cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another Fun Card or resold. The value on this card will not be replaced if the Fun Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. No change will be given for any balance on the card nor any cash refunded for any purchase made with the card. Cinergy reserves the right to revoke privileges of this Fun Card and suspend any values on holder’s account for misuse of the facilities. Purchase and use of this Fun Card constitutes acceptance of these terms as well as any additional terms printed on the Fun Card package. Valid in U.S. dollars.
